Currently in Los Angeles — June 10, 2024: A bit more sun

The weather, currently.

Woke up to some drizzle Sunday morning, not exactly an unusual event when it comes to May Gray and June Gloom and basically the only form of precipitation we’ll get this time of year.

After a weekend where those pesky stratus clouds stuck around into the afternoon, expect an improvement early this week. On Monday, look for earlier clearing away from the coast and temps back up into the upper 70s near downtown L.A. with low 80s for the valleys. The beaches will be in the high 60s to around 70.
